Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The conditions for return are the same as mentioned above.
Refunds:
